The lawyer for an Illinois woman with celiac disease says his client's condition is set off by eating gluten, a protein found in wheat. Debra Moffat of Lombard, Ill., is seeking unspecified damages, claiming she suffering heightened gastrointestinal symptoms after eating the fries. Nadia Sugish of Los Angeles is also suing. She says she's a vegan and would not have eaten the fries if she had known they contained dairy products.
